Sunshine welcomed more than 100 Smoky Mountain Univeristy hikers from 6 states as they gathered at the Happy Hiker in Gatlinburg, Saturday morning for the THIRD
Hike-a-thon planned to raise money for the Friends of the Smokies. They hiked Alum Cave Bluffs, Ramsey Cascade, the Jumpoff and many other walk trails sporting their commemorative shirt received
through their donatation to help air clean up in the "campus," otherwise known as the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The Hike-a-Thon again proved to be a whole lot of fun for a very good
cause.
